Processing of Applications

Our centralised administration and loan processing departments assure every application is assessed correctly and as quickly as possible on all occasions.

Application is taken by our Finance Specialist or the Platinum Direct Finance Head office. Application is assessed by our credit department and placed with the correct lender each and every time within one hour.

If the application is not approved, it's reassessed and placed to one of our sub prime lenders. The introducer and customer are kept up to date on the status of the application throughout every stage of the process.

Once the application is approved, the (PDF) specialist will urgently contact the customer and introducer to arrange to have all necessary documents signed by customer ASAP. Settlement takes place and commissions are paid
